I saw this Detroit native open for Venetian Snares back in 2005 (has it really been FIVE YEARS since that show? Jesus Christ.), and spent quite a bit of time with this album when it was first released in 2004. It's literally been about 4 years since I've listened to it, and I'm not sure what even made me think to resurrect it, but it's still highly enjoyable and well-structured electronic beatritiousness (adj. qualityrhythm-related nourishment). It becomes less and less straightforward the more you listen to it. One of the most consistent albums on Planet Mu.
