V/A - The Byg Deal

I took a blogging vacation in an attempt to find a legitimate job, but after applying for every position in the continental United States and hearing nothing back, I've decided to accept my poverty and get back to sharing music with you kids. This compilation is a scatter shot of experimental music from France from the late '60's and early '70's covering a full spectrum of styles from psych rock, to pop, to free jazz, to creep ass euro shit that I'm having trouble pigeonholing. This guys were definitely washing their croissants down with bong water. Most of this record absolutely rips and in the spirit of our blog, primarily features artists that never got the recognition they deserved.
